O2mate to Burgundy
We have just sold our first barrelmate system to a Burgundian winemaker.
Frustrated by the inability of conventional systems to work on small volumes, he contacted us to see if we could help him achieve his goal of micro-oxygenating small batches of premium Pinot Noir in barrels. While this variety is notoriously difficult to treat, we have had some good results in Morning Penninsula and so were able to advise our new client. The vintage has just been completed and the unit is about to start work.
We are now exporting to California, Argentina and France.
